At EVS Sports, we stand behind our protective gear and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on items in new, unused condition with original packaging. We are committed to ensuring you have the right fit and protection for every ride.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your gear.

• 3.
  Ship Item Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring all original tags and protective inserts are included in the box.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange Processing

  After our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement gear within 5-7 business days.
